Raised in Erie County, Pennsylvania, Jeffrey relocated to Butler County when he married his wife, Jill in 2001. They met and fell madly in love while getting their Bachelor's degrees in education at Slippery Rock University. They started dating and were engaged within a month! That was two kids, two grandchildren and over 25 years ago.

Jeff went on to receive his Master's in Education Administration. He has been in education as a teacher, and currently as a school administrator for 26 years. His attention to detail, leadership and public speaking skills lead him to be a talented Pittsburgh Area Wedding Officiant. He truly cares about his couples, and if you entrust him to perform your ceremony, you will not be disappointed.
